When will my order ship?

• Orders ship within 1-3 business days for RTS items and 1-14 days for custom items. If there is a delay for some reason, I will contact you prior to mailing!
• USPS and UPS are experiencing huge delays right now so please understand this is out of my control!

 

Shipping Policies

• MARK + Co is not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to USPS.
• First Class packages do NOT have shipping insurance. Priority packages do.
• If claims need to be made for lost, damaged, or stolen packages - please contact USPS or the delivery company being used. 
• If the correct shipping isn't selected or Shopify didn't charge enough - I will have to send you an invoice for the extra shipping. I apologize for this inconvenience in advance!
• If you ever feel your shipping price is not correct, please contact me before checking out! 
• Please make sure shipping address is correct. If package is returned to me, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Refunds will not be made if you entered the wrong shipping address.
