When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1-14 business days, generally 1-2 days for RTS items and 3-5 days for custom items! If there is a delay for some reason, I will contact you prior to mailing!
USPS and UPS are experiencing huge delays right now so please understand this is out of my control! In the event of a snowstorm (yes I am located in the midwest with a lot of snow and ice), packages may be dropped off but will not leave the post office until roads are safe to drive on. This is also out of my control.

MARK + Co is not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to USPS.
If claims need to be made for lost, damaged, or stolen packages - please contact USPS or the delivery company being used.
If the correct shipping isn't selected or Shopify didn't charge enough - I will have to send you an invoice for the extra shipping. I apologize for this inconvenience in advance!
If you ever feel your shipping price is not correct, please contact me before checking out!
Please make sure shipping address is correct. If package is returned to me, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Refunds will not be made if you entered the wrong shipping address.

Refunds and returns are only processed if there is an error made by MARK + Co or if we go outside of our turn around time.
If a return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping product back to our shop. Then an in store only credit will be applied to future orders.
If your returned package is missing items, damaged, or used... a partial in store credit will be applied.
Please double check your shopping cart, address, and shipping costs prior to making a payment.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me via the website within 24 hours of receiving your package.

We will not send refunds or cancel orders if codes are forgotten or if the code isn't applying and you continue to check out.
Please contact us if you are having trouble with a code so we can work the issue out prior to checking out.
